Such a refreshing attitude and application to the work asked of them. Even a small job (often a huge job for an unskilled home owner) is completed well. A year down the line my garden shelf, (made with recycled plaster boards) and garden utensils hanging rack is looking great, sturdy and so so useful. Always happy to offer ideas if asked. Polite. I contacted Mark to install a banister following a relative’s discharge from hospital. He was able to fit the work in immediately, which was greatly appreciated. I can't recommend Upcycle Interiors highly enough! We needed our old sash windows reconditioned and rebuilt in our listed building, a task many might shy away from. Mark, the owner, assured us they could restore them to a much better condition, and honestly, I was a bit skeptical. However, the results are truly incredible. They took our windows to their workshop, meticulously replacing any rotting wood, expertly repainting and undercoating, and replacing all the ropes, brass work, and weights. When they worked at our house for a week, they rebuilt the stonework on the windowsills, stripped the old woodwork around the frames, filled any holes, and carefully painted and rubbed down the surfaces. They worked incredibly cleanly and efficiently, and the windows now look like brand new! This is an incredibly professional company, and their team, especially Jason, are very polite and excellent workers. Have been trying to get the cords for a sash window redone for nearly a year now and was let down by local firms who didn't respond, or made an appointment and then didn't turn up. Upcycle Interiors replied to my email, gave me a quote, made an appointment, turned up on time, and did the job, sorting out what had gone wrong with the sash cords. I am very pleased indeed with the result and would recommend the firm highly.

Great job by Mark and Jason, we had a leak from a kitchen tap that caused water damage to the base unit which in turn made the adjacent dishwasher unusable (due to the door catching on the swollen wood). We thought we'd have to replace the carcass but Mark came up with a better way by removing the base board and kick board and trimming them. They then carefully refitted it and repositioned the dishwasher leaving it all looking and working perfectly. Very happy with the work and would highly recommend without hesitation.

Single ladies like myself can be somewhat nervous of having strangers in our home. Both Mark and Jason made me feel completely at ease as they did necessary repairs to my new (old) home. All work is done with good humour and professionalism. I can't recommend them enough. I am about to need some serious surgery on a toilet and I am certain that the plumber, cheery chappie Jason, will get the work done to the highest standard. Mark and his team really did an excellent job on reducing the height of my garden fence and painting after. Jason who did the work was punctual, tidy, pleasant and polite.
